Instructions

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

When the rice is cooked, let it stand so that it cools a bit.

While the rice is cooking, chop the tomato, onion, bell pepper, and pickles. Once the rice is cooled, add the vegetables to the rice.

Add the tuna and dress with salt, olive oil, and vinegar.
