Shrimp Bowl with Sautéed Vegetables

Chop the bell peppers and zucchini and finely chop the garlic.

Add some oil to a pan and cook the vegetables you have just chopped. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the shrimp to the pan along with a pinch of salt and cook for barely 3 minutes with the vegetables.

Place the cooked rice in a bowl (if you don't have rice we'll explain how to make it in tips and tricks). Place the shrimp and vegetables on top of the rice. You can finish by adding some chopped cilantro on top.
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute the salt for soy sauce.
If you don't have rice cooked you can prepare it. For this, add a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot, and once it is hot, add the sliced clove of garlic. When it begins to lightly brown, add the rice. Stir it for a couple minutes before adding double the amount in water (about 1 cup) with a pinch of salt. Cook over high heat for 7 minutes and then turn down the heat to low and cook for 8 more minutes. If in this time, it absorbed all of the water and is still hard, add more water. Let it sit for a little bit.
