Roasted Squash with Ground Beef

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Peel and finely chop the squash (the smaller the bits, the faster it'll cook). Mix the squash with garlic powder, pepper, paprika, salt, thyme, and the oil. Bake for 25 minutes.

When there are 10 minutes left, cook the beef with a bit of salt in a hot pan with some oil for several minutes until it is cooked.

Remove the squash from the oven and mix with the meat. Add the grated cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes, until the squash is tender.
Tips & Tricks
If you like spice, you can add some chile to the squash and it will give it a nice touch.
