Start by preparing the guacamole. For this, take out the avocado flesh and place in a bowl and smash it. Then add the diced onion, the cut cherry tomatoes (or any other type of tomato), juice from half of a lime, a touch of salt and pepper and if you'd like, some cilantro. Mix well.

Warm the tortillas in a skillet or pan.

Fill the tortillas in the following way: spread some guacamole on each tortilla, add a handful of lettuce, the sliced or diced smoked salmon, a bit of corn and finish it off by adding a bit of cheese on top. Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute the feta cheese for any other type of fresh cheese.You can also substitute any other type of tomatoes for the cherry tomatoes.
