sriracha sauce

Instructions

Wash the lettuce and slice into thin slices. Set aside.

Slice the onion. Save some of the onion on the side, and cook the rest in a pan with some oil over medium heat.

Add the garbanzos, cumin, and sriracha to the pan. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Warm the tortillas in a separate pan. On each tortilla place a layer of lettuce. Next, add a spoonful of garbanzos with a sprinkle of corn and red onion. Finish it off by adding some more lettuce. Make each taco like this.
