Toast the bread.

Place some oil to heat up in a pan and crack the eggs into it. Add some salt and continuously stir for a couple minutes until well cooked.

Slice the mozzarella and place on the bread. Divide the scrambled eggs onto the two toasts and finish by adding the quartered cherry tomatoes.
Tips & Tricks
You can serve this dish with a bit of oregano or parsley on top.
If you don't have cherry tomatoes you can use whichever variety of tomato you have in your fridge. Any tomato will go great in this dish.
