Instructions

Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh. Place in a bowl and mash with the help of a fork. Add a pinch of salt and mix.

Toast the bread.

Spread part of the avocado on one slice of toast and then add the nuts on top.

Spread the rest of the avocado on the other slice and place the halved tomatoes on that slice.

Tips & Tricks

If you would like you can add some drops of a balsamic vinegar reduction onto the tomatoes.

Add whichever nuts or seeds you have at your dispense: walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, etc. We used a mix of seeds.
