Eggs with Avocado and Tomato

Instructions

Cut open the avocado and remove the flesh. Place it in a deep bowl and with a fork, smash it until you get a nice paste. Add in a little salt, and mix.

Wash the tomato and cut them into slices or diced, or whichever way you'd like.

Cook the eggs to your liking with a touch of salt and pepper. We cook ours in the microwave.

Toast the bread and spread the avocado onto them.

Place the tomato on top of the avocado spread and then the eggs. Bon appetit!
