corn

Toast the bread.

In a bowl, add the avocado and mash with a fork. Add the drained tuna from its can and some of the corn. Mix.

Spread the mixture you've just prepared on top of the toast. If you would like, you can finish by sprinkling some chia seeds on top.
Tips & Tricks
We put salt on the avocado because we think the tuna is sufficiently salted and does not need it. Add salt to taste.
