Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Fry the egg and season with a little salt.

While the egg is cooking, warm the corn tortilla by using a skillet or microwave.

Slice half an avocado and half a tomato.

Put the avocado and tomato slices on the tortilla and season with salt. Finally, add the fried egg and sprinkle with a little pepper.

Repeat the steps to make the other taco.

Tips & Tricks

If your tomato is very large, use half.

If you like a little kick, sprinkle over with a little spice, either in powder or liquid form.

We used a corn tortilla with chia seeds. It was amazing!
