Wash and cut the spinach into short strips.

Heat a little oil in a skillet. Then add the spinach and lightly fry for 1 minute, stirring often.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Add the beaten egg to the skillet with the spinach and spread over the cooking surface. Lay the slices of ham and cheese on top. The egg will slowly set and the cheese will melt with the heat. Carefully fold the omelet over and serve on a plate.
