Stewed Chicken with Carrot and Potatoes

Place the chicken into a very deep pot along with salt and pepper. Add half cup of water (using chicken stock is better) and let it cook over medium heat.

Meanwhile, cut the potatoes, carrot, and red bell pepper into fairly large cubes and the onion into slices. Check on the chicken, and when it's halfway done, add the vegetables you've just cut.

Let it cook over medium heat for a while longer. Add some more salt. When the water begins to boil, lower the heat.

After about 10-12 minutes the vegetables will surely be tender and the chicken cooked. Remove everything from the heat and serve in a tray.
Tips & Tricks
You can use other parts of the chicken, such as the thighs, drumsticks, etc.
If the carrot is too big, use only half.
