Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Peel and shred the sweet potato using a grater.

Combine the shredded sweet potato, rolled oats, beaten egg, and a little salt in a bowl. Mix well.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper spread the mixture and give it a pizza shape.

Bake for 20–25 minutes.

Then turn the pizza base over and bake for 10 more minutes.

Finally, take out the pizza base, spread with tomato sauce and top with mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
