Start by preparing the vegetables: Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Wash and cut the bell pepper into strips. Mince the garlic and cut the turkey breast into strips or bite-size pieces.

Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Add the turkey and fry lightly over medium heat for a few minutes, until golden on the outside. Transfer to a plate and set aside for later.

Without washing the skillet, add a little more oil, if needed, and add the broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic. Lightly fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Next, return the turkey to the skillet. Add a little soy sauce and cook for a few more minutes, stirring regularly. Then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips & Tricks
If you have sesame seeds, add a teaspoon to the skillet when frying the turkey breast.
If you’d rather not add soy sauce or you don’t have any, season with salt.
