Turkey with Zucchini and Potatoes

Instructions

Peel the potato and cut into small cubes.

Cut the turkey into cubes.

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini into medium size pieces.

Add a bit of oil to a pan and cook the cubed turkey. Remove, and place in a bowl and set aside.

Using the same pan, cook the vegetables and the potatoes with a bit of oil on medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and the turkey and cook for a few more minutes.

In a cup add the water and cornstarch. Stir and add to the pan that has the turkey and vegetables. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes, after this time, test the potatoes for tenderness, remove and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can accompany this dish with a bit of rice.
You can add some grated ginger to the vegetables when you cook them.
