Wash the lettuce and place into the salad bowl.

Peel the apple and dice. Add to the bowl.

Shred the goat cheese and also add to the salad bowl.

Lastly, if you'd like, add a few drops of olive oil into a pan and toast the almonds until they are a golden color and toasty, and sprinkle onto the salad. Or you can directly place the almonds with the dehydrated blueberries on the salad without toasting.
Tips & Tricks
Are you in the mood for a delicious dressing? Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Mix well and drizzle on the salad.
We used sliced almonds in this recipe.
Use the variety of lettuce that you have in your fridge, or you can use spinach and it'll turn out great.
The recipe can be made with dehydrated blueberries.
