Peel and chop the apples finely and set aside.

Heat up the plant-based milk in a pot. When it begins to boil, add the oats, cinnamon, chopped apple, and peanut butter.

Cook for several minutes, stirring to keep it from sticking. (if you use thick rolled oats you will need to cook longer).

Divide the oats into two bowls and serve with some blueberries.
