Asparagus, Chicken, and Rice Bowl

Start by preparing the rice. For this, add a tablespoon of olive oil in a pot, and once it is hot, add the sliced clove of garlic. When it begins to lightly brown, add the rice. Stir it for a couple of minutes before adding the hot water with a pinch of salt. Cook over high heat for 7 minutes and then turn down the heat to low and cook for 8 more minutes. If in this time, it absorbed all of the water and is still hard, add more water. Let it sit for a little bit.
Slice the chicken breast into filets. Cook the chicken in a pan with a pinch of salt.
Drizzle some oil in another pan and when it's hot, add the asparagus. Cook for several minutes, and then finish by adding some salt (if it's thick like seas salt, the better).
Place the rice in a bowl, and then place the asparagus on one side, and the chicken on the other. Finish by adding some halved cherry tomatoes on top.
Tips & Tricks
If you would like to take less time in the kitchen, use pre-cooked rice and only the kind that you can heat up in the microwave.
