Instructions

Peel and halve the banana.

The almonds must be raw. If they have skin, remove it.

Blend together the yogurt, milk, banana, almonds, and cinnamon in a blender or food professor until smooth. Serve in a glass. Sprinkle the top with another pinch of cinnamon to decorate.

Tips & Tricks

If you want to sweeten the shake, add a teaspoon of honey.

As we explained, the almonds must be raw. Two handfuls roughly equal one third of an ounce of almonds. If you want a thicker shake, you can always add more.
