Scoop out the flesh from the avocado half.

Peel the banana and apple.

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food professor (the milk, avocado, banana, and apple.) Blend until smooth. Serve in your glass.
Tips & Tricks
If you have a sweet tooth, add a teaspoon of honey. Add it in with the other ingredients before blending.
If you want your smoothie chilled, add a couple of ice cubes too.
