Broccoli, Beef, and Mushroom Noodle Stir-Fry

Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according the instructions on the package. They generally cook very quickly so keep and eye on them.

Peel and cut the onion and meat into strips. Slice the mushrooms and cut the broccoli into florets.

Put some oil into a large skillet or wok. When hot, add the onion and beef. Lightly fry for 4 minutes, stirring often. Next add the mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the broccoli and lightly fry everything together for 3–4 more minutes , stirring constantly.

Add the soy sauce and noodles. Stir well and cook together for 2–3 minutes. Then turn off the heat and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can add a handful of cashew nuts or sesame seeds to your plate.
You can add other vegetables, such as green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and carrots.
