Instructions

Cook the buckwheat in a pan of salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, let cool.

Prepare the other ingredients as follows. Wash, dry, and cut the lettuce leaves into pieces of the desired size. Wash and chop the tomato. Cut open the avocados and scoop out and dice the flesh. Finally, cut the cheese into small dice.

Put the buckwheat into a salad bowl and add the lettuce and the other chopped ingredients.

Serve and dress with oil, vinegar, and salt.
Tips & Tricks
You can add some nuts to the salad if you like.
