Instructions

Begin by bringing water to a boil in a large cooking pot. Salt the water if desired.

Once the water is boiling, add the orzo (pasta), reduce to simmer, and boil for approximately 15 minutes.

While the orzo cooks, rinse and dice the green beans and tomatoes into bite-sized chunks.

After the orzo has finished boiling, drain the water and return it to the pot. Then add the olive oil, green beans, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Divide into servings and enjoy!
