Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Wash the tomatoes and halve. Place in an oven-safe dish and add the oregano, salt, and olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes.

Cook the pasta as written in the instructions. While the pasta is cooking you can chop the onion and garlic and lightly fry between 10 and 15 minutes or until the onion is transparent and tender.

When the pasta is ready, drain, and mix with the roasted tomatoes and the onion. Adjust the salt if necessary.
Tips & Tricks
You can add fresh tomatoes instead of roasted tomatoes, although we recommend that you try roasting them in the oven because they come out wonderful and don't add any extra work. They'll cook in the same time as the pasta.
