Creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Mushrooms

Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time indicated in the instructions. Once ready, drain, and set aside.

Slice the onion or finely dice. Wash the mushrooms and dice. Lastly, wash and cut the asparagus.

Add a bit of olive oil to a large pan. Once the oil is hot add the onion and cook for several minutes. Next, add the mushrooms and cook together with the onions for 8-10 minutes until tender. Add a bit of salt.

Add the asparagus and cook for several minutes.

Add the milk and mix. Cook on medium heat and leave it so that the flavors begin to integrate and the sauce thickens. You can add a bit more salt if necessary.

Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. Serve the pasta on two plates and enjoy every bite!
