Spaghetti with Broccoli Sauce

Put water to boil in a pot. Once the water begins to boil add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the packaging.

Heat up some oil in a pan. Once it's hot add the sliced garlic and cook until golden. Add the broccoli cut into small florets and cook for 5 minutes.

After this time remove half of the broccoli as you will use it for later.

Add the milk to the pan with the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Add salt. After this time add the broccoli and milk to a blender and blend until you reach a sauce texture. Add the sauce to the cooked pasta and set aside.

In another pan add some olive oil and cook the mushrooms for several minutes until golden. Next, add the peas and broccoli you had set aside. Cook for several minutes.

Add the spaghetti with the sauce from the pan with the vegetables and mix all of the ingredients. Add a bit more milk if you would like it a bit saucier and then serve.
