Chicken and Bell Pepper Pasta

In a pot with boiling water, cook the pasta for the time indicated in the instructions. Once cooked, drain, and set aside.

Slice the bell peppers and onion. Add a bit of oil into a pan and once it's hot add the vegetables you have just sliced. Cook for 7-8 minutes, until tender.

Meanwhile the veggies are cooking, take advantage and cook the chicken in another pan with some oil. Cook until golden and until it's cooked thoroughly. Add some salt to the chicken along with your favorite spices.

Add the pasta to the pan that has the vegetables and mix.

Serve on two plates and add the chicken that you saved. Enjoy!
