Instructions
1
Add water to a pot with a little bit of salt and begin to cook the pasta. Cook it for the duration indicated on the package.
2
Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Peel and dice the carrots into small cubes.
3
Put water to boil in a pot. When it begins to boil, add the cubed carrots. After 3-4 minutes add the broccoli and cook for 4 minutes. Once the broccoli and carrots are cooked, remove and reserve.
4
Cut the chicken breast and onion to your desired thickness.
5
In a pan with little oil, heat it, and lightly fry the chicken and onion. When the chicken is a nice golden brown, add the broccoli and sauté for a few minutes. Add the cream and a pinch of salt, then mix and cook over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes.
6
After these few minutes, put the pasta and vegetables sauce mix into an oven safe dish. Add the shredded cheese as the last layer on top and put it in the oven on broil until it is melted and golden brown.
