Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and cook in a pan with some oil and salt for 5 minutes, until browned. Remove from the heat and let them cool down.

In a large bowl mix the lettuce, tomato, onion, diced melon, chicken, and crumbled goat cheese.

Dress with some oil, vinegar, and salt to taste.

When cooking the chicken you can add a bit of garlic powder or black pepper to add flavor.
