Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Drain the chickpeas in a strainer and rinse well under running water. Then dry thoroughly with paper towel.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the chickpeas in the middle, drizzle with the oil, and season with the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread the chickpeas out over the baking sheet, spacing apart as much as possible.

Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, or until crunchy.
Tips & Tricks
For the chickpeas turn crunchy, it is just as important to dry them well as it is to leave space between them on the baking sheet.
For added zing, try adding a little hot paprika.
