Mix the milk with the eggs.

Wash and peel the apple. Thinly slice the apple and add to the previous mixture.

Add a dash of cinnamon and bake in the non-detachable mold that is lined with parchment paper at 350°F for 35-38 minutes or until the apple is tender when pricked with a knife.

After the tart comes out of the oven you can spread some homemade peach jam. It will come out delicious.
Tips & Tricks
The apple should be large, about 12 ounces and sliced as thin as possible.
