Instructions

Boil the pasta in a pot of water and a pinch of salt for the time shown on the package. Drain.

Cut the cauliflower into pieces and wash. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and chop into small pieces.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the garlic clove cut into slices, stirring often.

Add the chopped cauliflower to the skillet and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Drain a can of tuna and add it to the skillet along with the tomato. Mix well.

Add the macaroni, stir well, and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes. It’s ready to serve!
