Tuna and Zucchini Pasta

Instructions

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Add a little salt and the type of pasta you want to use. Cook for the time shown on the package.

Mince the garlic. Wash and cut the zucchini into medium dice.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the garlic, stirring regularly so as not to burn.

Add the diced zucchini to the skillet and cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes, continuing to stir. Season with a pinch of salt.

Pour in the tomato sauce and mix with the zucchini. Cook for 2–3 more minutes.

Open the cans of tuna and drain the contents.

Add the tuna and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir with a wooden spoon to incorporate all the ingredients. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 4–5 more minutes. Then remove from the heat and serve. Your meal is now ready!
