Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling water following the instructions on the pasta package. Drain and set aside.

Finely chop the garlic. Wash and cut the vegetables as desired.

Add some olive oil to a pan. When the oil is hot add the garlic and lightly fry until it is golden brown.

Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Next, add the zucchini and spinach. Add salt to the vegetables.

After about 6-8 minutes, when the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.

Taste and adjust the salt. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
If you would like to elevate this dish, use whole wheat pasta.
Add a drizzle of soy sauce to the pasta at the end, and it'll give it a fantastic flavor.
