Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling water and with a pinch of salt. Cook for the time indicated on the instructions. Once ready, drain.

Wash and cut the cauliflower. Place the pieces of cauliflower into a pot and cover with water to cook it. Add a dash of salt and place on the stove. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. After this time you can drain and set aside.

Wash and slice the mushrooms and the onion.

Add a bit of olive oil into a large pan. Lightly fry the mushrooms and the onion over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add a bit of salt and then the cream and the milk. Stir and let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes. After this time, blend these ingredients until you have a smooth sauce.

Mix the pasta with the cauliflower and place into an oven-safe dish. Pour the sauce on top and then mix the ingredients with the sauce using a spoon. Make sure all of the ingredients are well covered.

Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and place into the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
