Instructions

Mince the parsley and onion. Crumble the bread. Drain the tuna from the cans.

In a bowl, combine the tuna, eggs, onion, bread, lemon juice, parsley, and salt.

Wet your hands and shape the mixture into 8–10 balls.

Use your palms to flatten, and then fry in a skillet with a little olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Season with mixture with your favorite herbs and spices, such as curry powder, garlic powder, or oregano.
Serve with mayonnaise and lemon to bring out the tuna flavor.
