Tuna and Zucchini Hamburger Patties

Finely chop a clove of garlic.

Wash the zucchini and grate it. Place it in a colander and use your hands to try to extract as much water as possible.

Place the chopped garlic, grated zucchini, and drained tuna in a semi-deep bowl. Add the beaten eggs and a touch of salt and mix. Add the grated bread and mix well. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.

Take some of the mixture and form a ball. Lightly press it to get a hamburger patty shape. Repeat this step until the mixture is finished.

Add some olive oil to a pan. When it's hot, cook the patties.
Tips & Tricks
If you feel that the mixture is a bit liquid, you can add another can of tuna or a bit more of grated bread.
