Instructions

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat. Then slice up a garlic clove and add. When the garlic starts to color, add the rice. Stir for a couple of minutes and then add the hot water and a teaspoon of salt. Heat over high heat for 7 minutes and then lower the heat and simmer for another 8 minutes. If the rice has absorbed all the water in this time but is still hard, add a little more water. Let stand, covered with a cloth.

Wash the spinach and cut into strips.

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Mince half an onion.

Put a little olive oil into a skillet and lightly fry the onion and mushrooms for 6 minutes. Next, add the spinach and soy sauce, and fry for a couple of minutes.

Finally, put the amount of cooked rice you plan to use into the skillet. Stir into the rest of the ingredients and let stand for a minute. Then serve on a plate.
