Instructions

Put water in a pan and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, lightly fry the chicken breast in a skillet with a little olive oil. Add a handful of almonds and stir together with the chicken as it cooks. Once the chicken is done, cut into pieces.

Mince the onion.

When the pasta is cooked, mix the pasta, almonds, chicken, and onion together in a bowl. Sprinkle a little minced parsley over the top et it's ready.
Tips & Tricks
You can make this yogurt dressing for the salad. In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 sprig of parsley or cilantro, 1 container unsweetened plain yogurt, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix.
