Pasta Salad with Chicken, Corn, and Cucumber

In a pot with boiling water cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain and let it cool.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or slices. Add some salt and pepper, and cook in a pan or skillet with oil until it's golden brown.

Wash the cucumber and cut it as desired. We sliced it using a mandoline.

Cut the red onion into thin slices.

Add the pasta to a bowl. Add the chicken, finely sliced onion, and corn to the same bowl. Mix the ingredients well. Now add the cucumber and finish by adding crumbled feta. Gently toss the ingredients and serve.
Tips & Tricks
Dress your salad with the following dressing: add 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon honey, juice from 1/2 lemon, and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Mix very well and pour onto the salad.
