Pour some oil in a pan and brown your chicken on both sides, seasoning with your choice of flavors (try the basic salt and pepper, unless you would like to try different spices to give it an original flavor).

Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.

While the pasta is cooking, wash and quarter the tomato.

When the pasta is ready, drain, and let it cool. Once cooled, placed in a bowl. Dice the chicken into small pieces and add to the bowl. Next, place the arugula, tomato, and dressing or seasoning of your choice.
Tips & Tricks
For this pasta salad, you can't use just any pasta. We recommend penne, shell, or fusilli. Long pastas such as spaghetti or fettuccini, etc. are not ideal.
You can add some corn to the salad, to give it more flavor.
You can also add raisins or some other kind of nut or dehydrated fruit of your choice.
If you don't have chicken in your fridge, but you have pork chops, you can use this instead. Slice it and cook it in a pan.
