Spinach and Chicken Pasta Salad

Instructions

Boil the pasta in a pot of water with a pinch of salt for the time shown on the package. Once cooked, drain, and let cool.

Lay the chicken on a cutting board and cut into bite-size pieces. Season with a little salt.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. When it's hot, add the chicken and fry, stirring often.

Wash the spinach and put into a salad bowl.

Then cover the spinach with the cooked chicken, corn kernels, pasta, and crumble in the cheese. Stir. Feel free to dress the salad with oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
Tips & Tricks
If you have sesame seeds, add a handful to the skillet when frying the chicken breast.
For extra flavor, feel free to use soy sauce instead of salt when you’re cooking the chicken.
