Instructions
1
Cut the meat into strips or small pieces, as desired.
2
Cut the bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Wash the spinach. Wash and slice the mushrooms.
3
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms and lightly fry over low heat for 5 minutes or until the ingredients have softened, stirring regularly.
4
Then add the meat to the skillet, turn up the heat a little and cook with the vegetables oven medium heat for just a couple of minutes, no longer.
5
Now add the tomato puree and season with a little salt. Lower the heat and cover the skillet with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes. Check occasionally to make sure the contents of the skillet don’t dry out. You may need to add a little water. After 15 minutes, add the spinach into the skillet.
6
While the meat is cooking, make the pasta. Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Then add a little salt and the pasta. Cook for the time shown on the package.
7
Serve the pasta on a plate and arrange the contents of the skillet over the top.
