Boil water in a pot and add some salt when it begins to boil. Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the instructions.

Wash the bell pepper and slice. Chop half an onion and a clove of garlic.

Add some olive oil to a large pan.

When it's hot lightly fry the onion and the bell pepper, taking care not to burn them. Add the tomato sauce (if it's homemade, the better it will be) and cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes.

After this time add the pasta and stir. Let the pasta absorb the flavors for several minutes.
