Wash the quinoa under running water. Fill a pan with water. You will need to measure out 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa. Bring to a boil, add the quinoa, and cook until the kernels have popped open, about 20 minutes, and then drain.

While the quinoa is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Put a little olive oil into a skillet. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry in the hot skillet.

Wash and chop up the tomato. Cut the avocado into pieces.

Assemble the bowl by arranging a little quinoa in one part, the chicken in another, and the avocado and tomato in the remaining space.
Tips & Tricks
You can also add some nuts, such as cashews, to the bowl. They are perfectly suited to this dish.
