Rice Salad with Peas and Vegetables

Instructions

Peel the carrots and finely dice along with the onion.

In a bowl add the pre-cooked rice and add the carrot and onion. Use a spoon to mix.

Add the peas, tuna, and corn to the salad. Make sure the ingredients are drained from their respective containers. Mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Finish by sprinkling some chopped parsley on top and dress as desired.
Tips & Tricks
We dressed this salad with oil, wine vinegar, and salt. A simple dressing that goes perfectly well.
We added chopped olives that we had in the fridge.
