Instructions

Cut the tomato and onion into small pieces.

Put a little oil into a skillet and add lightly fry the onion until it colors, stirring often. When soft, add the tomato and cook for 1 minute.

In the meantime, beat the eggs in a bowl and season to your liking.

Then quickly pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook together with the onion and tomato. Use a wooden spoon to break up and stir the eggs and to make sure they don’t stick. Serve and enjoy!
