Wash the lettuce and cut into your desired size pieces. You can use any variety of lettuce that you have in your fridge.

Slice the pickle into thin rounds.

Slice the smoked salmon and drain the corn.

Place the lettuce onto your serving bowl or plate. Place the pickle and corn over the lettuce. Place the sliced smoked salmon on top. Finish off the salad with your sliced or grated cheese.

You can dress this salad with oil and vinegar.
You can use cottage or ricotta cheese instead of fresh cheese.
