Wash and cut or tear up the lettuce leaves into smallish pieces.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Cut open the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Chop into pieces.

Put the lettuce into a salad bowl. Sprinkle on the cherry tomatoes, the avocado chunks, the salmon, sliced in strips, and crumble in the feta cheese. It’s so quick and easy to make.

Feel free to serve the salad with toast.
