
Spinach, Goat Cheese, and Pear Salad

Wash and cut the spinach into pieces of the desired size. Put into a salad bowl or serving dish.

Peel and cut the pear into relatively thin slices. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the pear slices until they soften and warm through. Arrange the pears over the spinach.

Add the walnuts to the same skillet with the remaining oil (add a little more oil if needed) and toast for a few minutes. Add to the salad.

Finish by topping the salad with slices or bite-size pieces of goat cheese and serve.
Tips & Tricks
Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You’ll be amazed how good it is.
